Art TherapyExplore art therapy with me no matter who you are or how old you may be! Connect with the inner self and play! Art therapy is incredibly helpful at connecting to inaccessible areas of our brain and processing trauma. I recommend sessions for an hour to an hour and a half to have time to complete the art and process what has been created.
MindfulnessOur brains are powerful. Both a muscle and an organ. When we practice mindfulness and meditation, we grow in our capability to take charge of our lives. If facing chronic pain or emotional overwhelm, mindfulness can be an influential resource.

Individual CounselingYou are stuck. Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression are standing in front of you and it is all you can see. You are not living the life you dreamed and imagined. Something else has taken control. We can explore your story to understand what is holding you back and where you would like to be. Generally, I see people for 50 minute sessions once a week.
TeensAre you or your child having a hard time in school? Is it hard to communicate? Does it seem like there is constant arguing? It doesn't have to be this way. Sometimes, teens have a hard time figuring out ways to process and communicate what is happening in their world. In our work, we figure out the best strategies to make the world not so difficult. I recommend a 50 min session once a week.

Couples TherapyTherapy can be beneficial for couples at any time in their relationship. It is never too early or too late to begin therapy. Together, we can work on difficulties and build a strong foundation for the future. Sometimes the biggest struggle is just communication. I use Imago Therapy with couples to support their growth as a couple and as individuals.
